Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Returns are only accepted within the initial 30-day period following delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. At this time, you’ll also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:
1. Recheck your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to appear.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange your item for the same product:

Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Important Notes on Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
